• Identify suitable suppliers from abroad and analyse and evaluate them based on criteria such as pricing, product quality, dependability, and capacity to deliver on time to ensure that they fulfil company requirements.
• Conduct a thorough examination of transaction-related papers to confirm that all information is accurate, complete, and legally compliant.
• Accurately translate contracts and documents from local languages into English, as well as edit and evaluate translations to ensure they match the parties’ content and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with various departments, including Production Planning, Marketing, and Sales, to guarantee understanding and effective coordination while implementing strategies, production plans, and answering issues for domestic customers.
