This may include writing job descriptions, preparing interview questions and application forms, publishing job postings, and reaching out to youth organizations and other relevant resources to find the right candidates.3. Conducting new starter inductions through online networking and influencer marketing.4. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of agents and influencers to identify new connections and opportunities.5. Supporting change management processes and participating in the implementation of specific projects and guidelines to align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization.6. Improving existing online training programs and implementing new learning and development programs as necessary.7. Identifying training needs based on the needs of the candidates, and evaluating their strengths and weaknesses.8. Planning and delivering online training programs based on research and in alignment with the candidate’s career paths.9. Recruiting and leading a team of online and digital training experts.10. Teaching and evaluating new trainees’ digital skills, including ICT, MS Office, and social media.11. Building connections with online influencers, bloggers, vloggers, social media influencers, and non-profit organizations and businesses in the sector.12.
