What You’ll Do:

• Partner with project teams and planners to forecast budgets, identify potential cost risks, and phase costs against timelines.
• Track and analyze cost movements throughout the project’s lifecycle, comparing them with the scope, progress, and previous predictions.
• Collaborate with budget holders to communicate the cost status, forecasts, and potential risks. Proactively develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and reduce costs.
• Prepare transparent financial reports and present them during project and management reviews. Explain cost deviations, root causes, and how project finances align with the company’s financial records.
• Work closely with planners to ensure budgets and schedules are in sync. Provide time-phased projections to support sales pacing and identify any cost fluctuations that may affect sales targets.
• Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring team members. Help them develop their technical skills and optimize their productivity.
• Champion process compliance within your designated area. Participate in technical discussions and reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Generate insightful status reports to minimize project risks and close out any outstanding issues.
• Offer technical guidance or solutions to clients and recommend value-adding initiatives. Advocate for the implementation of industry-leading cost control practices.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree.
