Your Role as a Student Engagement and Recruitment Officer:

As a vital member of our team, you will be instrumental in driving student recruitment initiatives across our London campuses. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Management Excellence: Leading and managing student recruitment projects, ensuring efficient execution and achievement of strategic objectives.
• Network Development and Sales Growth: Cultivating and expanding networks and sales channels to meet and exceed ambitious recruitment targets.
• Strategic Collaboration: Working closely with the Senior Student Engagement and Recruitment Manager to develop and implement comprehensive regional recruitment plans.
• Event Representation: Representing Coventry University Group at exhibitions, career fairs, and educational events to promote our diverse range of programs.
• Educational Partnerships: Engaging with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to strengthen student recruitment pipelines.
• Data-Driven Insights: Providing annual projections and recommendations to refine and enhance recruitment strategies.
• Flexible Work Schedule: Working five days over seven, including evenings and weekends, with regular travel within the designated region.

• Exceptional Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver recruitment strategies effectively.

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent persuasion, influencing, and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Network Building Expertise: Experience in developing and managing networks within the education sector.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: A flexible approach to work, including a willingness to travel as required.
• Enhanced DBS Clearance: Essential for this role.
