Your Role as a Social Media Specialist:

As our Social Media Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our online engagement, responsible for:

• Strategically managing and expanding Stylophone’s presence across all major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X/Twitter.
• Developing and executing a comprehensive and imaginative content calendar that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our audience.
• Creating compelling and visually engaging content, encompassing photos, videos, and graphics, to captivate our online community.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external creators to produce dynamic and diverse content that showcases our products and brand ethos.
• Actively engaging with our online community, promptly responding to comments and messages, and cultivating strong customer relationships.
• Building and nurturing relationships with influential figures and content creators to expand our reach and impact.
• Utilizing social media analytics tools to meticulously track performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
• Staying abreast of the latest social media trends and seamlessly integrating them into our content planning.
• Providing crucial support to the Marketing Manager in driving audience engagement and boosting sales through targeted social media campaigns.
• Efficiently organizing, archiving, and managing all social media content to maintain a cohesive and accessible digital library.

What We’re Looking For in a Social Media Specialist:

• A minimum of two years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, either in-house or within an agency setting.
• Extensive knowledge and proficiency in utilizing all major social media platforms.
• A genuine passion for synthesizers, music, or music technology is highly desirable.
• Exceptional content creation skills, including photo, video, and graphic design, with proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva, and iMovie.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies.
• A creative thinker with meticulous attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sensibility.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for crafting compelling narratives.
• A positive and proactive attitude, with a collaborative spirit and a willingness to thrive in a team environment.
• English Language Proficiency (required)
