Cognizant Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst, OT (Operational Technology) to join our dynamic Water Utilities Consulting team in the UK. This pivotal role will play a crucial part in supporting the digital transformation of water utilities, a sector undergoing significant change driven by factors like AMP7 and evolving market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management & Communication:
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to effectively gather and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to define and articulate critical business needs.
• Business Consulting & Process Optimization:
  • Provide expert consulting services, including process mapping and redesign, to optimize business operations.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business teams.
• Business Change Management:
  • Evaluate and assess the suitability of applications, tools, and vendors to support business transformation initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven expertise in IT and OT landscapes, including a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, WaGile).
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, preferably within the water or utilities sector.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems and their integration with OT environments is highly advantageous.
