Do you currently work in a recruitment environment? Are you looking for a new administration role?

First Call Contract Services are currently looking to recruit an Administrator for our offices based in Castle Donington, DE74.

Immediate interviews & starts are available for this exciting service delivery role.

Candidate duties will include:

The role will involve:

  • Advertise across national and company internal job boards.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and registrations on a daily basis.
  • Update adverts and candidate attraction.
  • Sending email follow up’s to potential candidates.
  • Payroll.
  • Providing excellent levels of customer service at all times.

Candidate experience will include:

Ideally candidates will have an existing recruitment experience within the industrial / driving sector however all recruitment and administration experience will be considered.

Candidates should be able to provide excellent levels of client service.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will have excellent organisational skills.

Hours or work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm however an element of flexibility will be required during busy periods.

Starting salary is from £23kpa + OTE + excellent company benefits (DOE)

This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis.
