As a Project Coordinator (Translations), you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the entire translation process of our training content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across multiple languages and regions. This role is not about direct translation; rather, it’s about orchestrating the translation process effectively. You will be instrumental in enhancing and refining our translation methodologies by leveraging technology and collaborating closely with native language speakers. Working alongside regional teams and subject matter experts, you will ensure that all translated content aligns with corporate and regional compliance requirements, as well as internal and customer standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and updating content with accurate translation input from internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, ensuring the final product is both linguistically and contextually accurate.
• Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to refine and enhance translated training materials, ensuring they meet the required quality standards.
• Maintaining and documenting the translation process to ensure transparency and efficiency, enabling continuous improvement and consistency.
• Tracking and logging the translation status of all training assets, providing clear visibility and ensuring projects remain on schedule.
• Integrating translations into training content using various software applications, ensuring seamless delivery and user experience.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Strong project management skills to effectively coordinate and manage translation projects.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), enabling clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Experience in learning content translation management, demonstrating your ability to handle complex translation projects.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and other content development tools, enabling you to integrate translations seamlessly.
• Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
