As a Marketing Manager, you will lead innovative marketing initiatives, working closely with teams across PR, brand commercialization, and retail. This is a full-time position based in Disney’s London office in Hammersmith, requiring four days in the office per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Planning & Strategy
✔ Contribute to annual marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities for brand, cross-franchise, and category-driven campaigns.
✔ Collaborate with senior marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to develop campaign materials, set timelines, and support new business opportunities.
✔ Work closely with local marketing teams to ensure regional integration and promote best practices across various markets.
✔ Partner with brand commercialization teams to create innovative marketing content and strategies.
Campaign Management
✔ Oversee campaign workflows, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all projects stay on track.
✔ Manage relationships with creative agencies and internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
✔ Conduct regular status meetings to track project milestones, address potential challenges, and drive marketing initiatives forward.
✔ Optimize team resources by aligning strengths with key project areas for maximum efficiency.
Campaign Execution
✔ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns, identify priority SKUs, and leverage promotional commitments.
✔ Partner with global marketing and media teams to develop and distribute campaign toolkits for digital, social, and retail marketing.
✔ Coordinate with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing assets and ensure regional teams have the necessary materials for execution.
✔ Amplify marketing efforts by integrating campaigns across multiple business lines, digital platforms, and retail channels.
Qualifications & Skills:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager with a proven ability to lead multi-market consumer product campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Essential Requirements:
✅ Experience in leading consumer product marketing campaigns across multiple markets with a strong track record in multi-platform execution (retail, digital, experiential, and above-the-line marketing).
✅ Strong budget management skills with the ability to manage allocated resources effectively.
✅ A background in brand marketing, supported by relevant education or equivalent work experience.
✅ Expertise in digital marketing, leveraging social media and online content to drive engagement.
✅ Experience in consumer product categories such as Hardlines, Food+, and Softlines.
✅ Ability to build and nurture relationships across different departments to achieve business goals.
✅ A blend of strategic thinking and operational marketing skills, with financial and retail marketing expertise.
✅ Strong understanding of corporate structures and matrix organizations, with the ability to navigate large business environments effectively.
✅ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present compelling pitches and gain stakeholder buy-in at all levels.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote).
✅ Fluency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
