As a Lead Strategic Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Accenture’s commercial relationships. You will lead high-stakes negotiations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with legal and commercial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive successful negotiations: Lead complex negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively: Work closely with business leadership, quality teams, and legal counterparts to ensure negotiation success.
  • Manage expectations: Balance client expectations with internal requirements while maintaining compliance.
  • Provide executive coaching: Mentor and coach executives on negotiation strategies and dispute resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in quality, project management, delivery, sales, or legal roles.
  • Certification in negotiation or contract management (e.g., WCC, NCMA) is a plus.

  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Financial acumen and understanding of business trends.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
