Essential Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have the ability to reliably commute to services located in and around Reigate and Redhill, as some shifts may start as early as 7 am.
- Must be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts.
- Must hold UK GCSE pass grades in Maths and English, or be willing and able to achieve Level 2 Functional Skills in these subjects.
- Must have been a resident in the UK for the past 3 years or more.
- Must possess the unrestricted right to work in the UK (please note that Student or Dependent visas do not meet this requirement).
- Must have a strong and demonstrable desire to provide meaningful support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

As an Apprentice Support Worker r, you will play a vital role in empowering the individuals we support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing person-centred care and support to adults with a wide range of diverse needs.
- Motivating and empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
- Supporting individuals to develop their independence, maintain their health and wellbeing, and engage in vocational learning opportunities.
- Facilitating community involvement, fostering friendships, and supporting the development of meaningful relationships.
- Providing behavioural support and promoting functional skill development.
- Actively participating in your designated learning pathway, which will be informed by the valuable experiences of people with lived experiences.
