Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Operations: Manage and optimize daily marketing operations across various channels, with a primary focus on Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Influencer and UGC Management: Lead and execute influencer collaborations and mass seeding initiatives, expanding brand reach and engagement.
  • Content Creation and Optimization: Oversee content creation, develop compelling User-Generated Content (UGC) scripts, and optimize ad creatives to maximize performance.
  • Landing Page Development and Optimization: Build, test, and refine landing pages to enhance conversion rates and improve user experience.
  • Compelling Copywriting: Craft persuasive ad copy and continuously refine it based on data-driven insights.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Conduct A/B tests on CRO elements to enhance website performance and drive conversions.
  • Marketing Funnel Development: Develop and scale new marketing funnels to optimize customer acquisition strategies.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and identify emerging growth opportunities.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Performance Reporting: Provide comprehensive performance insights to the Growth team, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Channel Expansion: Explore and evaluate new marketing channels and audience segments to expand reach and engagement.
  • Asset Management: Maintain organized libraries of marketing assets and performance data.
  • Leadership Development: Opportunity to evolve into a leadership role as Elavate continues to scale.

Success Metrics:

  • Achieve Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and volume targets across all marketing campaigns.
  • Improve website conversion rates through continuous testing and optimization.
  • Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities with positive Return on Investment (ROI).

Core Skills & Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably within the ecommerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Meta advertising and social media marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing influencer and UGC campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of landing page optimization and CRO principles.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills for ads and landing pages.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with A/B testing tools.
  • Basic design skills (Canva or Figma proficiency is a plus).
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, or skincare is highly advantageous.
