Digital Marketing Manager – Drive Growth, Optimize Performance, and Make an Impact!

You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary marketing team of 16 professionals, where your creativity and problem-solving skills will help fuel our marketing pipeline and improve conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Boost SEO & Drive Organic Growth

• Utilize internal SEO tools such as BrightEdge to increase organic traffic and enhance conversion rates.
• Work closely with the web development team to optimize content and structure for search engines.
• Monitor search trends, keyword rankings, and competitor performance to adjust strategies accordingly.

2. Optimize Lead Generation & Business Intelligence

• Work with the Growth Marketing and Business Development teams to refine marketing tactics that attract and convert high-quality leads.
• Analyze lead generation funnels, identifying and implementing improvements to maximize efficiency.
• Use data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions and campaign strategies.

3. Develop and Implement Innovative Marketing Strategies

• Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute creative strategies across all digital channels.
• Experiment with new approaches to improve engagement, enhance brand visibility, and drive more qualified traffic.

4. Enhance Website Performance & User Experience

• Monitor website health and optimize user experience for increased conversions.
• Ensure all landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and conversion funnels are effective and continuously improved.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to enhance web performance.

5. Bridge the Gap Between Digital and Field Marketing

• Implement digital tactics to extend audience reach for in-person events and marketing campaigns.
• Align online and offline marketing efforts to create a seamless customer journey.

6. Plan, Design & Execute High-Impact Campaigns

• Support the Growth Marketing team in planning and launching integrated campaigns that generate a qualified marketing pipeline.
• Use data analytics and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.

7. Leverage Our Industry-Leading Martech Stack

• Utilize tools such as 6Sense, HubSpot, Salesforce, Typeform, BrightEdge, Foleon, and Unbounce to drive digital success.
• Explore and implement new technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills & Experience:

• SEO & SEM Expertise – Strong understanding of search algorithms, keyword strategies, and organic growth best practices.
• Marketing Tech Savvy – Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred), ad-serving platforms, and analytics software.
• Creative Problem Solver – Ability to analyze challenges and develop data-driven solutions to improve marketing performance.
• Effective Communication & Collaboration – Experience working cross-functionally with different teams, external partners, and contractors.
• Self-Starter Mindset – Proactive approach to projects, strong ownership mentality, and willingness to continuously improve.

• Proven Success in SEO & CRO – Demonstrated ability to optimize web content, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
• Certifications & Training – Certifications in SEO, GA4, Google Ads, or marketing automation tools.
• Eye for Design & UX – Understanding of user experience principles, high-converting CTAs, and website optimization.
