As an IAM Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our clients’ information systems. You will be responsible for developing and implementing IAM policies and procedures, providing expert guidance on IAM best practices, and mitigating IAM-related risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions across various platforms, including Microsoft (Windows OS & Active Directory) and Linux environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement IAM governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Manage and maintain IAM systems and processes, including identity provisioning, access control, and authentication.
• Analyze security risks and vulnerabilities related to IAM and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Stay abreast of emerging IAM technologies and trends, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders on IAM-related issues.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IAM roles, with a strong understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and technologies.
• Expertise in Microsoft (Windows OS & Active Directory) and Linux environments.
• In-depth knowledge of identity and access management frameworks, including SAML/OAUTH protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A strong commitment to security and a proactive approach to risk management.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of security auditing techniques and industry best practices.
• Experience in manufacturing or related industries.
