About the Role:
As our Human Resources Administrator, you will be a key support to our HR Manager and Senior HR Administrator. You will manage a diverse range of essential administrative tasks. For example, you will prepare new starter information. Additionally, you will draft important contracts and meticulously manage employee records. This will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our HR functions behind the scenes.
Given the sensitive nature of the role, maintaining strict confidentiality regarding employee information will be paramount in your daily responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for our new colleagues. You will provide them with a positive initial experience and excellent service from their very first day.
What You’ll Be Doing as Our Human Resources Administrator:
- Providing comprehensive HR administrative support to colleagues across all areas of the business.
- Drafting various correspondence related to employee changes, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Efficiently processing all documentation for new starters and leavers, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Preparing and sending out employment contracts and comprehensive welcome information packs to new hires.
- Obtaining necessary references and completing thorough background checks, including FCA registration where required.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee sickness and absences.
- Creating and diligently managing individual personnel files, ensuring all information is organised and compliant.
- Providing administrative support to the Resourcing Business Partner in various recruitment activities.
