• Providing comprehensive support to the recruitment and selection processes for our teams located in both the UK and Poland.
• Managing all aspects of the employee onboarding activities, including the issuance of employment contracts and the coordination of mandatory 5-year background checks.
• Assisting with the employee performance review process, which includes meticulous note-taking and providing HR representation in appraisals, reviews, and disciplinary meetings.
• Efficiently collating all necessary payroll data, such as salary changes, adjustments, and expense submissions.
• Diligently monitoring and tracking employee absence records and managing return-to-work procedures in accordance with company policy.
• Ensuring strict adherence to GDPR guidelines in all aspects of recordkeeping and data handling to maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Addressing employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in a professional, timely, and effective manner.
• Providing day-to-day HR support to all staff members, proactively addressing their queries and concerns.
• Generating comprehensive weekly HR reports for the HR Manager and Company Directors, providing key insights and data.
• Maintaining company HR policies, ensuring they are up to date and fully aligned with current employment legislation.
• Performing any additional HR-related duties as reasonably requested by the HR Manager to support the overall function of the department.

Requirements for the HR Officer – Stansted Airport Role:

• Proven experience working in a similar HR Officer role, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
• A strong working knowledge of current employment legislation within the United Kingdom and established HR best practices.
