- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year (depending on experience)

About the Role:
As our HR Generalist, you will be the primary HR point of contact for our EMEA office. You will provide crucial support across all HR functions. From addressing employee inquiries to managing recruitment and ensuring compliance, your role will be essential for the smooth HR operations of our teams in both the UK and the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
As our HR Generalist, you will:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, HR policies, and record-keeping procedures.
- Support core HR functions such as leave reporting, processing payroll changes, and maintaining accurate personnel files.
- Coordinate consultant contracts, ensuring they align with all relevant legal standards.
- Manage the annual performance review process for the entire EMEA region.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including liaising with immigration authorities and ensuring Home Office compliance.
- Provide comprehensive employee relations and performance management support to managers within the EMEA region.
- Lead HR compliance initiatives, including adherence to GDPR regulations and managing business travel visa requirements.
- Coordinate regional training programs with both internal teams and external training vendors.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- CIPD qualified (minimum Level 5) or possess equivalent relevant experience in HR.
- Experience with Skilled Worker sponsorship and familiarity with overseas visitor visas (a significant advantage).
- Solid understanding of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its implications for HR practices.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role, including managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Office management experience (a distinct advantage).

- Additional European language skills, especially Dutch, would be a valuable asset!
