What You’ll Be Doing

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of those in your care. Your responsibilities will include:

🔹 Providing High-Quality Care: Supporting individuals with their daily care needs while promoting dignity and independence.
🔹 Assisting with Personal Care: Helping with bathing, dressing, toileting, and maintaining good hygiene.
🔹 Following Care Plans: Ensuring all care tasks align with each individual’s personalised care plan.
🔹 Supporting Mobility Needs: Assisting individuals with walking, repositioning, and movement to maintain their well-being.
🔹 Monitoring Health and Well-being: Observing and reporting any changes in physical or emotional health to the care team.
🔹 Offering Emotional Support: Being a friendly and reassuring presence, listening to concerns, and promoting a positive environment.
🔹 Maintaining Accurate Documentation: Recording the care provided and updating reports as required.
🔹 Working as Part of a Team: Collaborating with other care professionals, nurses, and support staff to ensure the highest standard of care.

💡 No Experience? No Problem! We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you develop your skills and confidence in this role.
