📚 Programme Structure – Your Journey Starts Here

The Graduate Engineer Programme is thoughtfully designed to give you a 360-degree view of the business while equipping you with technical and leadership skills. Here’s how your journey will unfold:

🔹 Onboarding (Initial Phase)
Start with a comprehensive induction where you’ll get to know our company culture, values, tools, and the teams you’ll be working with.

🔹 Rotations (2 x 6 Months)
Spend time across two different Engineering Business Lines. This rotational system helps you broaden your knowledge base and exposes you to the diverse engineering functions within OneSubsea.

🔹 Manufacturing Experience (3 Months)
Get real-world exposure at one of our manufacturing sites—possibly even abroad! ✈️ Understand how designs are brought to life and get valuable hands-on manufacturing experience.

🔹 Cross-Functional Exposure (3 Months)
Dive into a completely different side of the business with a rotation in either Project Management or Sales & Tendering. Learn how engineering aligns with business strategy and customer engagement.

🧠 Design & Development

• Collaborate with experienced engineers to carry out innovative design work that meets client and industry demands.

📂 Quality & Compliance

• Follow strict internal procedures to maintain high-quality records and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.

💡 Product Knowledge

• Dive deep into the features and functions of our product lines, learning everything from design principles to manufacturing processes.

• Participate in cost-saving and process-improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and efficiency.
