Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to play a critical role in managing key projects focused on product, process, and system development. Reporting directly to the Head of Portfolio, you will be instrumental in enhancing the organization’s project management framework, ensuring adherence to best practices, and driving the successful delivery of both current and future initiatives. Location: High Wycombe (Hybrid Working Model – Enjoy the flexibility of working from home 4 days per week, with 1 day in the office) Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from £44,000 to £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including a generous bonus scheme. Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Your Core Responsibilities as a Project Manager:

• Strategic Project Management: Define, meticulously plan, diligently track, and effectively manage assigned projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
• Framework Adherence and Goal Achievement: Ensure all projects are executed in strict accordance with the established project management framework, consistently meeting or exceeding predefined goals and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including internal business units, regulatory bodies, community groups, and external suppliers, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless communication.
• Resource Leadership and Team Coordination: Effectively lead and coordinate project resources, driving team collaboration and fostering a high-performance culture to achieve project objectives.
• Issue Resolution and Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project issues and risks, escalate when necessary, and develop and implement effective solutions to mitigate challenges and ensure project success.
• Relationship Building and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are managed effectively.

Essential Skills and Experience for the Project Manager Role:

Qualifications and Professional Experience:

• Educational Background: Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, preferably Education or IT.
• Professional Project Management Certification: Possess a recognized professional project management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
• Extensive Project Management Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Project Delivery Excellence: Exhibit a proven ability to consistently deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
