🚗 Key Responsibilities of the Aftersales Performance Manager

As an Aftersales Performance Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the operational success of our Aftersales Departments. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Driving Aftersales Performance:

• Ensure Aftersales teams exceed budgeted sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Implement and monitor key strategic processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Develop action plans to improve Aftersales business performance across multiple dealerships.

✅ Process Implementation & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to Stellantis Group policies and best practices.
• Work closely with Operations Directors and Dealer Managers to enforce standardised customer journey processes.
• Oversee training requirements for Aftersales staff, ensuring professional development and compliance.

✅ Customer Relationship Management:

• Collaborate with fleet operators, Motability partners, and key stakeholders to maintain high operational standards.
• Address customer service issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Ensure consistent delivery of service quality and technical excellence.

✅ Strategic Development & Team Leadership:

• Implement innovative performance enhancement initiatives to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Work with underperforming dealerships to stabilise operations and improve results.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture within Aftersales teams.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

✔ Education: Graduate / HND / Diploma in Motor Vehicle Management or a related field.
✔ Aftersales Expertise: Extensive experience managing multiple Aftersales Departments in a high-volume environment.
✔ Process & Performance Management: Proven ability to implement and oversee operational processes.
✔ Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills to extract insights and drive business decisions.
✔ Leadership & Team Development: Ability to motivate, train, and develop teams to achieve high performance.
✔ Problem-Solving & Customer Focus: Ability to resolve operational challenges and improve customer satisfaction.
✔ IT Proficiency: Experience using business management software, databases, and reporting tools.
✔ Valid UK Driving Licence: Essential for site visits and stakeholder engagement.
