E-Commerce Intern

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in E-Commerce operations while working closely with professionals in the industry. As an intern, you will assist in the day-to-day management of our E-Commerce platform, contribute to strategic projects, and help drive business growth through research, administrative support, and local initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Management & Content Updates
- Execute regular and on-demand updates on the website in alignment with the E-Commerce strategy.
- Ensure the implementation of the E-Commerce animation plan effectively and on time.
- Conduct routine site audits to enhance customer experience and ensure optimal website performance.
- Assist in implementing the TOA and engraving strategy, ensuring smooth execution.
Market & Competitive Research:
- Conduct thorough benchmark analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer experience.
- Provide valuable insights to help shape local E-Commerce initiatives and strategies.
- Support the development of market reports to track industry trends and competitive positioning.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly reports on E-Commerce performance.
- Maintain and update local and global E-Commerce trackers.
- Support the E-Commerce Manager in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer engagement metrics.
CRM & Customer Engagement:
- Collaborate with the Global CRM team to brief newsletters and monitor performance analytics.
- Conduct benchmark studies to evaluate best practices in customer engagement.
- Assist in monitoring and managing the weekly consumables inventory tracker, escalating concerns when needed.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in various administrative tasks such as raising Purchase Orders (POs) and preparing presentations.
- Support the Global Client Relations team with ad hoc requests.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to drive E-Commerce growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Highly proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
