About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to join our Digital Fundraising Team and help expand our online fundraising efforts. In this role, you will be instrumental in reaching new supporters and driving meaningful engagement to support people experiencing homelessness.
As a Digital Marketing Officer, you will work on a variety of projects to develop and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels, including paid social media, email marketing, search advertising, and display campaigns. You will also collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create engaging content and optimize digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Plan, develop, and execute innovative digital fundraising campaigns across paid social media, email marketing, search, and display advertising.
- Create compelling, audience-focused content including case studies, blog posts, photography, and video content to engage and inspire supporters.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimize marketing activities.
- Ensure strong brand messaging across digital channels, maintaining consistency and impact in all marketing efforts.
- Work collaboratively with other teams within the organization, as well as external agencies and partners, to drive successful campaigns.
- Test and refine campaign strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates, utilizing A/B testing and performance tracking.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring the best return on investment for digital marketing efforts.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual with the following qualities:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on managing campaigns across paid social media, search, display, and email marketing.
- Strong content creation skills, including writing engaging copy tailored for different audiences and digital platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance based on data insights.
- Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for making a difference and supporting a meaningful cause through innovative marketing strategies.

Working Arrangements:
This role requires at least two days per week at our Central Office in Tower Hill, London to support collaboration, team meetings, training, and relationship-building. We offer flexible and agile working arrangements, allowing you to work remotely for the remaining days. There are also opportunities to work from other St Mungo’s regional offices based on individual needs and preferences.
