As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, specialized digital professionals, and external agencies to orchestrate a diverse range of digital marketing campaigns. Your expertise will be crucial in managing email marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, web advertising, and content workflows, all tailored to engage dental and GP surgeries. Your primary focus will be on maximizing return on investment (ROI) by generating robust online sales and nurturing valuable leads for our dedicated sales team.

Delve into the Core Responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Executive:

• PPC and Paid Social Campaign Management: Collaborate with external agencies to meticulously manage and optimize PPC and paid social campaigns, driving tangible sales and lead generation.
• Web Asset Creation: Support the creation of compelling website banners and web advertisements for both Henry Schein Medical and Kent Express, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
• Email Marketing and Content Development: Assist in the creation and execution of effective email campaigns, and contribute to the development of engaging video and imagery content.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Rigorously analyze digital campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide comprehensive monthly ROI reports.
• Supplier Marketing Support: Support supplier marketing initiatives and conduct thorough post-campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• GDPR Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) across all marketing activities, safeguarding customer data and maintaining trust.
• Promotional Content Contribution: Collaborate with the Marketing Administrator to contribute to the development of compelling promotional content and campaigns.

Essential Skills and Experience for a Successful Digital Marketing Executive:

• HubSpot Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in utilizing HubSpot for landing page creation, e-shot deployment, reporting, and social media management.
• SEO and Analytics Expertise: Proficiency in using SEO and analytics tools such as SEMrush/Conductor, Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Social Media Content Creation: Proven ability to create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and GIFs.
• Adobe Suite Proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe Suite applications, particularly Photoshop and InDesign, as well as Canva.
