Stunited has already been associated to work with multiple businesses in the local area of Northamptonshire and nationwide. At the same time Stunited is in a phase of launching its latest version of the updated user interface (UI) of admin interface (AI) of the social media website platform.
You are expected to be an – “Customer Support Officer” in this Internship for a fixed term contracted period. Your fundamental job roles will be to support and coordinate with the entire Project Management system and providing necessary “Project Management” support as the helping hand to the responsible Project Head.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- dealing directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Providing pricing and delivery information.
- Performing customer verifications.
- Setting up new customer accounts.
- Organizing workflow to meet customer timeframes.
- Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Recording details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
- Recording details of actions taken.
- Preparing and distributing customer activity reports.
- Maintaining customer databases.
- Managing administration.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
- Following up on customer interactions.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Other duties as assigned by the business development analyst/manager.
- Participate regularly in the Training programme and complete the allocated online courses and submit the report to the line manager accordingly.
