Customer Service Coordinator Job in Leeds
About the Job:
NG Bailey IT Services is looking for a cheerful, adaptable, and energetic Customer Service Coordinator to help the team handle work orders, resource allocation, and billing more effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solve complex client problems in a way that benefits both parties.
2. Make effective use of your problem-solving abilities and geographic understanding of the UK when assigning tasks.
3. Produce purchase orders (POs) and check for accuracy.
4. Manage several tasks at once.
5. Obtain the required licenses and paperwork to guarantee that the work goes according to schedule and complies with health and safety regulations.
6. Act as the point of contact for incoming calls, requests, and questions, keeping a record of the information and guaranteeing timely and courteous responses.
Requirements:
You must be able to handle several duties at once well and be comfortable working under pressure in order to be considered for this demanding position. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, as is previous use of Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel.
