The Role: Retail Assistant

This is more than just a part-time retail job – it’s your first step into a meaningful career in wellness. As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face customers see when they walk through our doors. You’ll be the go-to person for product recommendations, wellness advice, and all-round customer care.

Whether it’s helping someone discover the perfect supplement, managing shelves, or keeping the store looking flawless, your day will be packed with variety, learning, and purpose.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•  Delivering top-notch customer service – making every shopper feel welcome, heard, and supported.
•  Supporting daily store operations – from stocking shelves to maintaining store appearance.
•  Taking part in our award-winning retail training to become Qualified to Advise on our product range.
•  Learning about everything from sports nutrition to skincare so you can offer expert advice.
•  Guiding customers through the wellness journey – whether they need a protein boost or a calming tea.
•  Helping with store maintenance to keep everything clean, tidy, and inviting.
•  Using in-store tech to help with orders, product searches, and customer queries.

What We’re Looking For:

No retail experience? No problem!  This is an entry-level role, and we’ll provide all the training you need to shine
