💼 Your Role: Business Development Executive

As our new Internal Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, strategically re-engaging with previously inactive customer accounts, and consistently delivering outstanding customer service within your designated region.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Proactively develop sales opportunities and expand market share within your assigned geographical region.
  • Strategically reconnect with customer accounts that have become inactive or lapsed, thereby nurturing those relationships back to active status.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive, and long-lasting relationships with our valued customers.
  • Keep clients consistently informed about the progress of their orders and any relevant updates from our suppliers.
  • Maintain meticulous and accurate records within our CRM system to ensure complete transparency and effective tracking of all customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide customized and tailored quotes to clients that precisely meet their specific needs and requirements.
  • Offer comprehensive support for new customer onboarding processes and provide exceptional follow-up care to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.

✅ What You’ll Need:

  • Demonstrable previous experience in a sales-oriented role.
  • Familiarity and comfort working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
  • A confident, clear, and professional telephone manner for effective communication with clients.
  • The ability to thrive and effectively manage your workload in a fast-paced environment that often requires multitasking.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of your work.

  • An understanding of gross profit margins and market pricing dynamics.
  • Basic technical knowledge of the products we offer.
