What You’ll Do – Your Day-to-Day Role

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be on the front line of the store, delivering a premium, hands-on experience to every customer who walks through our doors. Whether it’s recommending the perfect pair of running shoes or managing visual displays, you’ll be at the heart of Nike’s mission to connect with and inspire our customers.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Delivering world-class customer service by using your product knowledge to recommend the best options for each shopper
Acting as a product expert, staying up-to-date with the latest trends in footwear, apparel, and sports innovation
Operating the till and managing stock—you’ll support with processing sales, handling returns, and keeping the floor organised
Helping behind the scenes, including receiving stock, restocking the shopfloor, and organising inventory
Bridging digital and in-store services – guiding customers to Nike’s online tools and explaining how to access exclusive services and products
Sharing product knowledge with both customers and new team members
Supporting new starters – you’ll help new team members get up to speed by sharing what you’ve learned and how you deliver Nike’s premium experience

Flexible and reliable – you’re fully available at least 2–3 full days between Monday and Friday, and can work evenings and weekends

Availability

This is a Part-Time (20 hours/week) role and includes the following expectations:

Must be available to work evenings, and both Saturday & Sunday
Must have full flexibility on 2–3 full weekdays (Monday–Friday)
Additional shifts may become available during peak times
