We’re currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Assistant to join our Campus Cleaning Services team, part of the Estates Department. You’ll play an important role in helping us maintain high standards across the university’s campus facilities—spaces where thousands of students, staff, and visitors pass through daily.
About the Role:
As a Cleaning Assistant, you’ll be part of the non-residential cleaning team, responsible for ensuring some of the university’s most important shared areas are kept clean, safe, and presentable.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning offices, teaching rooms, libraries, the Warwick Arts Centre, and other academic and communal spaces
- Using a variety of equipment and cleaning products safely and efficiently
- Ensuring facilities are ready for daily use by students, academic staff, and visitors
- Reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns
Your standard shift will be 6am to 12pm, working five days out of seven. This means your shifts could include weekends depending on business needs.
