🔎 What Will You Do as a Graduate Project Manager?

As part of the GROW Programme, you’ll work within a diverse team and collaborate with industry experts on a variety of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

🔹 Project Monitoring – Track progress and ensure projects stay on schedule.
🔹 Client Interaction – Work directly with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
🔹 Risk Management – Identify potential challenges and implement solutions.
🔹 Coordination with Contractors – Work alongside key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
🔹 Process Improvement – Look for opportunities to enhance how we work and drive efficiency.

💡 This role is full-time and office-based at our York office, with the possibility of travel as needed.

📌 Who Can Apply?

✅ Minimum Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (2:2 or higher) – in a Construction, Engineering, or Business-related discipline (see accepted degrees below).
✔ Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to interact with stakeholders and project teams effectively.
✔ Analytical Thinking & Creativity – Demonstrate the ability to solve complex challenges.
✔ Team Player & Resilient Mindset – Thrive in collaborative and fast-paced environments.
✔ Flexibility & Willingness to Travel – Open to working at different locations when required.
