We are currently seeking a highly skilled AI & Data Analyst to spearhead digital transformation within our Safety Management System (SMS) across Europe. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing risk management, compliance, and operational performance in ground handling activities through the strategic application of AI, data analytics, and software development.

Role Purpose:

The primary objective of this role is to drive the digitization of our SMS, moving away from traditional paper-based systems to a more efficient, data-driven approach. You will be responsible for developing innovative applications, interactive dashboards, and sophisticated AI-driven risk models to improve decision-making processes at all management levels. By leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning, you will enable proactive risk mitigation and enhance overall operational safety.

What You Will Be Doing:

• AI/ML Implementation: Conduct research and implement AI/ML solutions within the SMS to enhance risk detection and mitigation capabilities.
• Predictive Analytics: Develop predictive analytics models to analyze historical incident reports and forecast potential high-risk scenarios.
• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Utilize NLP techniques to automate the analysis of safety reports, identifying trends and patterns efficiently.
• Risk Scoring Algorithms: Design and maintain risk scoring algorithms to accurately assess and prioritize operational hazards.
• Root Cause Analysis: Develop AI-based root cause analysis systems to identify underlying patterns and recommend effective preventive measures.
• Real-Time Dashboards: Design and implement real-time dashboards that display critical safety metrics, incident tracking, and compliance data.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, as well as other data analytics tools.
• Proven experience with Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI-driven predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, including Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience in API development & system integration.
