You will take the lead in directing and motivating the delivery team, ensuring the assignment of appropriate talent to achieve project objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery & Monitoring:

  • Establish clear project objectives and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.  
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.  

• Team Leadership & Management:

  • Assemble and lead high-performing project teams.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate project updates and key decisions effectively.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns promptly.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

• Governance & Compliance:

  • Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Implement and enforce project governance frameworks.
  • Manage project change control processes.

We are seeking candidates who possess a demonstrable track record of success in project management within the demanding landscape of financial services or other regulated environments. The ideal candidate will have the proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects concurrently, demonstrating exceptional organizational and prioritization skills. You will possess outstanding stakeholder management capabilities, enabling you to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in effectively managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving collective success. A PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification, or an equivalent qualification, is highly desirable.
